CEPI aims to work with Third Parties who align with our high standards of ethical conduct. Our Third Party Code of Conduct (the “Code”) aims to ensure that CEPI funded projects, procurement activities and other engagements are executed in line with our values, adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct, compliance and transparency, whilst  supporting CEPI’s mission.

In keeping with CEPI’s culture—which embraces creativity, inclusiveness and accountability—this page has been designed to assist our valued third-party partners in understanding and adhering to CEPI’s expectations as set out in contractual terms. These guidance documents provide further information on the background and regulatory environment which help define CEPI’s expectations of our Third Parties, as well as some guidance on what this could look like in practice.

None of the guidance provided constitutes legal advice; it is important that our Third Parties continue to review their own activities and programmes to ensure that they are meeting their legal and contractual obligations.

Speaking up

In the spirit of honesty and transparency, we require anybody who knows of or suspects any danger or wrongdoing at work, or who has any concerns or questions, to promptly raise these to your contact person at CEPI, directly to CEPI management, or through CEPI’s electronic reporting channel.

In addition to instances or concerns of misconduct or breach of the Code, we encourage all Third Parties to promptly notify CEPI of any concerns, risk events or “near misses” that could impact the progress or outcome of CEPI’s mission or projects.

For more information on reporting concerns to CEPI, see section 4 in CEPI’s Third Party Code.
