Our Investors

CEPI was founded in Davos by the governments of Norway and India, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Wellcome, and the World Economic Forum.

Today, our support has grown to include funding from over 30 national governments and the European Commission, with our support from Germany and Norway part of the second European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership program (EDCTP2) programme supported by the European Union.

We are also supported by several private sector organisations, and CEPI received public contributions for its response to the COVID-19 pandemic through the UN Foundation COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.
